CHASE BMX utilize some of the most advanced features offered on a BMX Race Frame with options in both Carbon Fiber and Alloy. CHASE began with the RSP 1.0 and each new model of the frame was only offered when we could make advancements and upgrades that really offered an advantage to do so. The carbon ACT frame were created to offer the most technically advanced and lightweight BMX frame utilizing carbon fiber, while we continued to addd advanced features in the RSP Alloy line. The ACT 2.0 has raised the bar of Carbon BMX frames to a new top tier level. ACT stands for Advanced Carbon Technology.
The ACT 2.0 is designed with the highest quality Carbon Fiber know as UD – uni-directional carbon fiber. UD has one of the highest tensile strength for Carbon Fiber and is the ultimate type of Carbon Fiber to be used for a BMX. race frame. Tensile strength is the amount of force needed to cause the fibers to breakdown, while the tensile modulus is a measure of the carbon fiber’s stiffness. We exclusively use the UD Carbon when building the Chase ACT Frame to make sure they are of the highest quality available. The RSP 5.0 is the ultimate Alloy BMX race frame. Chase BMX started with the RSP 1.0 frame that Connor Fields rode from Day 1. Each time we have updated the frame, we took all the feedback from Connor, then Joris and other Pro riders we sponsor and now, the RSP 5.0 is the culmination of upgrades and refinements to make it our best Alloy frame ever! Now features a new internal cable routing and restructured dropouts to offer better clearance for a wide array of disc brake calibers, improving the overall braking performance, and now compatible for both post and flat mount disc brake system.
